cancellation policy

1. Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason.

 

2. Cancellation period

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

 

3. Address

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Gassner Design Studios, Schwenckestraße 98, 20255 Hamburg, Deutschland, info@gassner-design-studios.de) of your decision to cancel this purchase by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

 

4. Compliance with the cancellation period

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

 

5. Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of your purchase. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. 

 

6. Right of retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

 

7. Return of the goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

 

8. Return costs

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

 

9. Compensation for lost value in contracts for the delivery of goods

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

 

10. Cancellation form

If you wish to cancel the contract, please complete and return this form.
